98 Service of notices
(1)
Where, under this Act, notice is required to be given by the
Public Trustee or by a person on behalf of the Public Trustee it shall be sufficient if the notice is sent by certified mail addressed to the person to whom the notice is to be given at his or her last known or then last known place of abode or business.
(2)
Where notice is sent by post in the manner prescribed by subsection (1), it shall be deemed to have been given at the time the letter would have been delivered in the ordinary course of post.
