86 Failure to deliver, &c.
If a person fails to deliver, convey, transfer or assign to the
Public Trustee the property either real or personal to which the
Public Trustee is entitled as executor, trustee or administrator of an estate, the Public Trustee may apply to the Court for an order requiring the delivery, conveyance, transfer or assignment by that person to the Public Trustee.
The Court may, in an application by the Public Trustee under subsection (1), order that a person summoned in pursuance of that application produce to the Court all books, papers, deeds, documents and any writings whatsoever touching or concerning the property or the estate on whose behalf the Public Trustee is acting.
