91 No notice of trust
(1)
In dealings with property the fact that the Public Trustee is the person, or one of the persons, dealt with shall not of itself constitute notice of a trust.
(2)
A company shall not be entitled to object to entering the name of the Public Trustee in its register of shareholders by reason only that the Public Trustee is a trustee or is a corporation.
(3)
Where the Public Trustee holds a share in a company, the company shall, at the request of the Public Trustee, record the name of the estate or person beneficially entitled to a share in that company as well as the name of the Public Trustee.
