10BA Amount to be paid into consolidated fund during particular period—Act, s 109E
(1)
This section applies for the period of 6 years starting on the commencement of this section.
(2)
For section 109E(4) of the Act, the prescribed percentage is 15%.
(3)
This section and section 10B(2) expire on the day that is 6 years after the day they commence.
