35 Change to percentage return to players—Act, s 283
For section 283(3) of the Act, the period prescribed is—
(a)
the period of 1 month starting when the percentage return to players is last changed under section 283(1) of the Act; or
(b)
a period less than 1 month approved in writing by the commissioner for a particular change to be made at a particular time to a particular game.
