Requirements for identity card—Act, s 194

In force

For section 194(2) of the Act, an identity card must—

(a)

state the name of the person to whom the card is given; and

(b)

identify the person as a nominee of a licensee for premises under section 193(3) or (4) of the Act; and

(c)

identify the premises; and

(d)

be easily legible; and

(e)

contain a copy of the person’s signature.
