Percentage of health services levy—Act, s 316B

(1)

This section prescribes percentages for section 316B(3) of the Act.

(2)

The percentages are as follows—

(a)

for the first $100,000 of the monthly taxable metered win—nil;

(b)

for the amount of the monthly taxable metered win that is more than $100,000 but not more than $140,000—3.5%;

(c)

for the amount of the monthly taxable metered win that is more than $140,000 but not more than $180,000—5.5%;

(d)

for the amount of the monthly taxable metered win that is more than $180,000 but not more than $220,000—7.5%;

(e)

for the amount of the monthly taxable metered win that is more than $220,000 but not more than $260,000—13.5%;

(f)

for the amount of the monthly taxable metered win that is more than $260,000—20%.
