14 Installation of gaming equipment
A licensee must ensure gaming equipment installed on the licensee’s licensed premises is installed in a way that allows—
(a)
cleaning and maintenance of the equipment; and
(b)
unrestricted access to fire exits in a way that complies with the Fire Services Act 1990 and the Building Act 1975; and
(c)
the use of things provided on the premises for safety and security.
Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
