2 Keeping documents
(1)
The licensee must keep the following documents available for inspection at each of the licensed premises under the licence—
(a)
a statement in the approved form about the compliance program for the licence;
(b)
a compliance program document for the licence.
(2)
The licensee must keep, at the licensee’s expense, all records, accounts, reports and other documentation required to be kept by the licensee under the Act or this regulation.
