469 Existing applications for prescribed notice about new relevant disqualified person
(1)
This section applies to an application for a prescribed notice made under section 100 or 101 of the unamended Act that—
(a)
has not been decided or withdrawn at the commencement; and
(b)
relates to a person who is a new relevant disqualified person.
(2)
The application is taken to have been withdrawn.
(3)
The commissioner must give written notice of the withdrawal to—
(a)
the person; and
(b)
each notifiable person for the person.
