493 Person may apply for a review of a decision
(1)
This section applies to a decision of the commissioner made before the commencement if—
(a)
immediately before the commencement, a person could have, but has not, applied for a review of the decision under section 121 of the unamended Act; and
(b)
the period within which the person could have applied for the review (the review period) has not passed; and
(c)
the person is not a disqualified person.
(2)
The person may apply for a review of the decision under section 354 within the review period.
(3)
To remove any doubt, it is declared that section 355 applies in relation to the application for the review.
