474 Existing negative notices
(1)
A negative notice issued under section 102(2)(b) of the unamended Act that is current under the unamended Act immediately before the commencement is taken to be a negative notice issued under section 220(b).
(2)
For subsection (1), the 2 year period mentioned in section 236(3) runs from the date the negative notice was issued under section 102(2)(b) of the unamended Act.
