495 Appeals against police commissioner’s decision that information is investigative information
(1)
Sections 121C to 121E of the unamended Act continue to apply in relation to a decision of the police commissioner that information about a person is investigative information made before the commencement as if the amending Act had not been enacted.
(2)
An appeal against a decision mentioned in subsection (1) must be decided under the unamended Act.
