71 Reasons for determination
S. 71(1) substituted by Nos 6/1989 s. 17, 4/2008 s. 22(1).
Any person whose interests are affected by a determination of the Committee may request a copy in writing of the reasons for the determination—
before or within 14 days after the Committee makes the determination; and
on payment to the Secretary of the prescribed fee (if any).
The Committee must comply with a request made under subsection (1).

The Committee may give a copy of a determination of the Committee to any person on request.
