85 Corporations
(1)
Where any notice or application is by or under this Act authorized or required to be given or made by any person in connection with any licence or proceeding, it may, in the case of a body corporate, be given or made on behalf of the body corporate by any chairperson, director, manager, secretary or officer of the body corporate.
