88 Contracting out prohibited
(1)
Any term of an agreement purporting to exclude, limit or modify the operation of this Act, or to preclude any right of action or any defence based on or arising out of any failure to comply with this Act, is void.
(2)
A motor car trader must not enter into an agreement containing a term referred to in subsection (1).
- 10 penalty units.
