83C Motor car traders must supply copies of agreements etc.
(1)
A motor car trader must give a person who buys, sells or exchanges a motor car from, to or with the motor car trader a copy of any document listed in the regulations for the purposes of this section as soon as is practicable after the purchase, sale or exchange.
- 50 penalty units.
(2)
This section does not apply if the person who buys, sells or exchanges the car from, to or with the motor car trader is a licensed motor car trader or a special trader.
