Delegation by Director

In force

The Director may, by instrument, delegate to—

(a)

the Authority; or

(b)

the Registrar; or

(c)

any person engaged or appointed under section 7(2) or 15 of the Business Licensing Authority Act 1998; or

(d)

any person or class of person employed under Part 3 of the Public Administration Act 2004 in the administration of this Act—

any function or power of the Director under this Act other than this power of delegation.
