82AX Production of information to Authority
(1)
The Authority may require a licensed motor car trader to answer any question or provide information relating to the business of the motor car trader that the Authority reasonably requires to carry out its functions in relation to that motor car trader.
(2)
A licensed motor car trader must not refuse or fail, without reasonable excuse, to comply with a requirement made by the Authority under this section.
