19 Plans to be publicly notified
Public notification that —
a revised management plan or amendments to the existing management plan have been prepared; or
the existing management plan is proposed to be continued in force without amendment,
must be given in accordance with subsection (2).
The revised management plan or amendments, or the proposal to continue the existing management plan in force without amendment, must be publicly notified by the Authority by the publication —
in the Gazette; and
in 2 issues of a daily newspaper circulating throughout the State; and
at the office of the Authority,
of a notice —
specifying the places at which —
a copy of the revised management plan or the amendments may be inspected; and
copies of the revised management plan or the amendments may be obtained;
and
stating the effect of section 20 and specifying the period referred to in that section.
