6 Board of management
(1)
The Authority is to have a board of management comprising —
(a)
a chairperson; and
(b)
a deputy chairperson; and
(c)
not less than 3 and not more than 6 other persons.
(2)
The board is the governing body of the Authority and, in the name of the Authority, is to perform the functions of the Authority under this Act.
(3)
The members of the board are to be appointed by the Minister.
(4)
The Minister is to ensure that each person appointed to the board has expertise that, in the Minister’s opinion, is relevant to the functions of the Authority under this Act.
