20 Public submissions
Written submissions on the revised management plan or amendments or the proposal to continue the existing management plan in force without amendment may be made by any person —
(a)
within a period determined by the Authority, being a period not less than 2 months after the day on which the notice is published in the Gazette; and
(b)
by delivering or posting them, so that they are received within that period at the offices of the Authority.
