31 Funds of Authority
The funds available for the purpose of enabling the Authority to perform its functions consist of —
moneys from time to time appropriated by Parliament; and
moneys received by the Authority in the performance of its functions; and
moneys received by the Authority by way of gift, including a gift by will; and
moneys borrowed by the Authority under section 33 or 34; and
moneys transferred to the Authority under section 42(3); and
modified penalties paid under section 51; and
other moneys lawfully received by, made available to or payable to the Authority.
Where any gift, including a gift by will, has been made to the Authority upon lawful conditions that are accepted by the Authority, it is to apply the gift in accordance with those conditions.
