Legal proceedings to be taken by authorised person

In force

(1)

Every proceeding for an offence under this Act may be taken by an authorised person.

(2)

An authorised person is not personally responsible for any costs incurred by or awarded against an authorised person in connection with any proceeding for an offence under this Act.
