32 Review of Act
(1)
The Minister is to carry out a review of the operation and effectiveness of this Act as soon as is practicable after the expiration of 5 years from the commencement of section 6, and in the course of that review the Minister is to consider and have regard to —
(a)
such matters as appear to be relevant to the operation of this Act; and
(b)
the effectiveness of the Committee.
(2)
The Minister is to prepare a report based on the review made under subsection (1) and, as soon as is practicable after the report is prepared, cause it to be laid before each House of Parliament.
