6 Caravan park or camping ground not to be operated without licence
(1)
On and after the appointed day a person must not operate a facility, or a facility of a prescribed type, unless the person holds the appropriate licence under this Act in relation to that facility.
Penalty: $5 000.
(2)
In subsection (1) —
appointed day means such day as is fixed by the Minister by notice published in the Government Gazette to be the appointed day for the purpose of that subsection 2.
