21 Single funeral permits issued to funeral directors
(1)
Subject to this section, a Board may issue a permit to a person who is the holder of a funeral director’s licence issued by another Board for the conduct at a cemetery under the care, control and management of the firstmentioned Board of a funeral of a person named in the permit.
(2)
An application for a permit under this section shall be made in the manner required by the Board and lodged with the Board together with the appropriate fee.
(3)
In determining an application made by a funeral director under this section, a Board is not required to inquire into the matters referred to in section 17(2).
