61 Provision of housing
A Board may —
erect, purchase, take on lease or tenancy or otherwise acquire land, houses or other dwelling units for the accommodation of employees of the Board; and
require employees to pay a rental for the occupation of accommodation and deduct amounts of rental from the remuneration payable to employees; and
sell or otherwise dispose of land, houses or dwelling units no longer required for providing accommodation for employees.
62. Wilful damage to memorials etc.
A person who wilfully and unlawfully destroys or damages any memorial or any property in a cemetery commits an offence.
Penalty: $1 000.
