Establishment of accounts

In force

A Board shall —

(a)

do all things necessary to ensure that —

(i)

all moneys received are properly brought to account; and

(ii)

all payments by the Board are correctly made and properly authorised; and

(iii)

adequate control is maintained over the assets of or in the custody of the Board and over the incurring of liabilities by it;

and

(b)

cause to be kept proper accounts and records of its transactions and affairs in such manner as the Minister may from time to time direct.
