48 Estimates
If the Minister so directs, a Board shall cause annual estimates of its financial operations in respect of the performance of its functions under this Act to be —
(a)
prepared under such headings and in such manner as the Minister directs; and
(b)
submitted to the Minister not later than a date specified by the Minister.
