65 Name to be given
(1)
A member or an employee of a Board who finds a person committing an offence, or who on reasonable grounds suspects a person of having committed an offence, against this Act may require the alleged offender to provide true and complete details of his name and residential address.
(2)
A person who fails or refuses to provide true and complete details of his name and residential address on being required to do so under subsection (1) commits an offence and is liable to a fine of $500.
