12 Presumptions as to who is acting for accused
A legal practitioner who has lodged a Form 3 is to be taken to be acting for the accused in the capacity shown in the notice until —
(a)
the legal practitioner lodges another notice under rule 10 or a notice under rule 11; or
(b)
another legal practitioner, who acts in the same capacity, lodges a notice under rule 10; or
(c)
the court gives leave under rule 11(3).
