Times for disclosure by prosecutor (CPA s. 95)

In force

(1)

For the purposes of the CPA section 95(5) the prescribed period is 42 days after the date on which the accused is committed for sentence.

(2)

For the purposes of the CPA section 95(6) the prescribed period is 42 days after the date on which the accused is committed for trial.

(3)

For the purposes of the CPA section 95(7) the prescribed period is 28 days after the date on which the indictment is lodged.

(4)

For the purposes of the CPA section 95(8) the prescribed period is 28 days after the date on which the indictment is lodged.
