43 Transcript, entitlements to
An accused is entitled to receive, free of charge and as soon as it becomes available, one copy of the record, or of the certified transcript of the record, of any proceedings directly concerning him or her.
The DPP is entitled to receive, free of charge and as soon as it becomes available, one copy of the record, or of the certified transcript of the record, of any proceedings in which the DPP is involved.
A party may apply to a registrar for additional copies of the record or of the transcript of the record to which the party is entitled.
A registrar may determine the cost of any additional copies requested and if the party pays the amount must supply them.
