71 Appeal books etc. not needed unless ordered
An appeal book containing the documents needed to decide the appeal is not required but a judge in any particular appeal may order some or all of the following —
(a)
a party to lodge and serve an appeal book;
(b)
any or all of the parties to lodge and serve —
(i)
written submissions;
(ii)
a chronology of events relevant to the appeal;
(iii)
a list of the principal legal authorities on which the party relies.
