32 Change of venue or court, court officers’ duties on
If a court makes an order under the CPA section 135(2) or under rule 31(1) the clerk of arraigns or a registrar must —
(a)
send the order and the court’s papers to a registrar of the other court or to a registrar at the other place, as the case requires; and
(b)
in writing notify any person who is required to appear at the trial, and any surety of such a person, of the change of court or place.
