Register of complaints
68 Register of complaints
The Director is to establish and maintain a register of —
complaints made under Part 3; and
complaints shown on returns supplied by providers under section 75.
A register under this section may be maintained —
by making entries in or on a bound or loose‑leaf book; or
by recording or storing the particulars to be entered in the register by means of a mechanical, electronic or other device, but so that the particulars so recorded or stored —
will remain in the form in which they were originally recorded or stored; and
will be capable of being reproduced in written form.
The form and contents of the register are to be determined by the Director.
