68B Disclosure to protect health or safety of users and other persons
(1)
This section applies if the Director reasonably believes that —
(a)
a provider poses, or may pose, a risk to public health; or
(b)
the health or safety of a person or class of persons is or may be at risk because of the provision of a health service by a provider.
(2)
The Director may give written notice of the risk and any relevant information about the provider to an entity of this State, another State, a Territory or the Commonwealth that the Director considers may be required to take action in relation to the risk.
