73 Person not to be threatened etc. because of complaining to Director
A person must not —
(a)
by threats or intimidation persuade or attempt to persuade another person not to complain to the Director or not to continue discussion with or proceedings before the Director; or
(b)
refuse to employ, or dismiss, another person or subject another person to any detriment, because the other person intends to complain, or has complained, to the Director, or intends to take part, is taking part, or has taken part, in discussions with or proceedings before the Director.
Penalty: $2 500.
