70 Protection of other persons
(1)
A person to whom this section applies has the same privileges and immunities as he or she would have if the proceedings referred to in subsection (2) were proceedings in the Supreme Court.
(2)
This section applies to a person —
(a)
giving or tendering information or evidence for the purpose of conciliation or investigation proceedings under this Act; or
(b)
representing another person for the purpose of any proceedings referred to in paragraph (a) or proceedings under section 60.
