79 Review of Act
(1)
The Minister must carry out a review of, and prepare a report on, the operation and effectiveness of —
(a)
this Act; and
(b)
the Disability Services Act 1993 Part 6,
as soon as practicable after 5 years after the date on which the Health and Disability Services Legislation Amendment Act 2010 section 29 comes into operation.
(2)
The Minister must cause the report to be laid before each House of Parliament as soon as practicable after it is prepared.
