Codes of conduct

In force

Regulations made under section 77 may prescribe 1 or more codes of conduct relating to the provision of health services by the following —

(a)

health care workers who are not registered providers;

(b)

health care workers who are registered providers and who provide health services that are unrelated to their registration.
