15 Appointment of person to act as Privacy Deputy Commissioner
The Governor may appoint an eligible person to act in the office of Privacy Deputy Commissioner during a period —
(a)
when the Privacy Deputy Commissioner is —
(i)
on leave of absence; or
(ii)
unable to perform the functions of the Privacy Deputy Commissioner;
or
(b)
when the Privacy Deputy Commissioner is suspended; or
(c)
when the office of Privacy Deputy Commissioner is vacant.
