19 When office becomes vacant
The office of a Commissioner becomes vacant if —
(a)
the period for which the Commissioner holds office expires; or
(b)
the Commissioner —
(i)
dies; or
(ii)
resigns under section 20; or
(iii)
is removed from office under section 21.
