Engagement of service providers

(1)

The Information Commissioner may engage suitably qualified persons to provide services, information or advice to the Information Commissioner, Information Access Deputy Commissioner or Privacy Deputy Commissioner.

(2)

A person engaged by the Information Commissioner under subsection (1) is engaged on the terms and conditions decided by the Information Commissioner.
