25 Functions of Information Commissioner
(1)
The Information Commissioner has the following functions —
(a)
the freedom of information functions;
(b)
the privacy functions;
(c)
any other functions given to the Information Commissioner under an information Act or another written law.
(2)
The Information Commissioner has all the powers that are needed for the performance of the Information Commissioner’s functions.
