44 Application of Financial Management Act 2006 Part 5 Division 3
For the purposes of the Financial Management Act 2006 Part 5 Division 3, the department that before transition day was taken under section 5 of that Act to be constituted by the administration of the FOI Act Information Commissioner is taken to be abolished at the beginning of transition day.
