13 Pearl diver’s licence, when required
(1)
A person shall not dive while carrying out pearling or hatchery activities in Western Australian waters unless that person holds a pearl diver’s licence.
(2)
A person shall not contravene or cause, permit or suffer another person to contravene subsection (1).
Penalty: $2 000.
