52 Prosecutions, commencing
(1)
Proceedings for an offence against this Act may be instituted by the CEO or any person authorised to do so by the CEO.
(2)
A prosecution for an offence against this Act must be commenced within 12 months after the date on which the offence was allegedly committed.
