60 Regulations (Sch. 2)
(1)
The Governor may make regulations prescribing all matters that are necessary or convenient to be prescribed for giving effect to the purposes of this Act.
(2)
Without affecting the generality of subsection (1), regulations may be made with respect to any of the matters specified in Schedule 2.
(3)
The regulations may create offences and provide in respect of any such offence a penalty not exceeding $2 000.
